Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszow.

Titular Professor, Professor of the Slovak Republic, the founder and Head of the Department of Political Systems of the European Countries for many years, presently the Head of the Chair of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law an Administration of the University of Rzeszów. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Wroclaw. In 1979 he received a degree of a Doctor of Laws and in 1990 – a postdoctoral “habilitation” degree at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. In the years 1990-2000 he was as a Professor at the University of Silesia. Since 2000, he has been a Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów. In the years 2000-2001 – the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Rzeszów, in the years 2001-2008 – the Vice-Rector for International Relations at the University of Rzeszów, and since 2008 he has been the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszów. In the years 2005-2011 he was the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Association of Carpathian Region Universities, which united 28 universities from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Serbia. He is a Doctor Honoris Causa of the three European universities. He is an Author of more than 100 scientific publications, including 17 monographs, 15 handbooks and more than 60 studies and articles in the field of constitutional law, authorities of legal protection, theory of the state. His works are also dedicated to the political systems of the European countries, especially the Nordic states, among others – a unique monograph on government and politics of the Republic of Iceland. Among his works there are translations of many European Constitutions, such as of: Slovakia, Norway, Iceland, Luxembourg, Finland, Armenia, as well as several editions of textbooks on constitutional law, authorities and corporations of legal protection, science on a modern state. He promoted seven doctors of laws, was a reviewer of 10 doctoral dissertations and two habilitation (postdoctoral) works, as well as evaluated 17 scientific accomplishments.

Head of the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science at the Faculty of Law in Masaryk University in Brno, The Czech Republic. Since 1993 he has had a post doctoral degree and a position of an Assistant Professor in the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science. Since 1998 he has been a Professor in the field of Constitutional Law, appointed by the President of the Czech Republic. Since 1996, ha has been the Chief Editor of the Journal “Časopis  pro  právní  vědu a praxi”,
a member of several editorial boards and scientific councils of the journals in the Czech Republic and Poland. He is an author of three monographs, about 200 articles and studies and approximately 100 chapters in monographs and collective works. Co-author of a commentary to the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Law on the Constitutional Court.

Author more than 200 scientific papers, including monographs, textbooks, studies and articles published in Russia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, USA.

Professor at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice and at the Department of Political Systems of European Countries at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rzeszów. In 1975 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University in Košice. In 1977 she was awarded an academic title JUDr. at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava. In 1989  she received the degree of a Doctor of Law (CSc.) in administrative law at the Faculty of Law of the University in Bratislava. In  2001  she  received a postdoctoral degree of a docent in the field of administrative law at the Faculty of Law of the University in Bratislava. In the years 2003-2011 she was the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University in Košice. The author of national and international scholarly books and numerous scientific papers.

He completed university studies in the field of  international relations, diplomacy, economics, finance, and international negotiations. First Secretary of the Embassy of Mexico in Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Yugoslavia. Consul of the Consulate General of Mexico in Denver (USA), El Salvador, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic. Lecturer in the area of  international relations. Academic lecturer at the Institute of Latin America and the Russian Academy of Sciences. Academic Lecturer at the University of  Bucharest, Iaşi and Sibiu (Romania), as well as in the Institute of International Relations in Moscow and the State University of St. Petersburg (Russia). Author of numerous publications in the field of international security and international relations.

Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (Romania). Since 1975 Doctor of Law and a lawyer. In 2008-2012 the Dean of the Faculty of Law in the University of Sibiu. In  1998-2000   the  Dean  of   the  School  of  Law  at  the  Romanian-German  University.  In 1990-1992
a Member of the Romanian Parliament and in 1991 a member of the Government. In 1992-1996 and 2004-2006 an Ambassador in Venezuela, Haiti and Jamaica. Twice awarded medals by the President of Venezuela. Author of more than 40 monographs in the field of civil procedure. Double Doctor Honoris Causa: in the University of Alba Iulia and the University of Targu Mureş (Romania). Member of the editorial boards of three Romanian legal journals. Participated in 150 conferences and scientific seminars in Romania and abroad: in Austria, France, Spain, Venezuela, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Ukraine.

Assist. Prof. Dr. at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Sakarya (Turkey). In 1996 he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ankara. In 1997 he became an assistant at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at the Celal Bayar University, Manisa. In 2001 he received his Master’s Degree in the Institute of Social Sciences at Marmara University. In 2007 he defended his doctoral thesis and was awarded a PhD scientific degree in the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Marmara. In 2010 he joined the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Atatürk at a position of an assistant professor. Since 2014 he has been an assistant professor on commercial and company law at the Faculty of Law in Sakarya University. He is an Author of numerous publications (monographgs and articles) in the field of commercial law, especially on commercial enterprise law, company law, unfair competition and ethics, law  relating  to  negotiable  instruments,  etc.  He  completed  two  research  projects  at  a  position  of a supervisor in Atatürk University. He participated  in  many  international  academic  study visits as a visiting professor and delivered several guest lectures, among others in Great Britain and Poland.

In the years 1998-2008, Professor and the Head of the Department of Polish Public Law at the Faculty of European Law at the Viadrin University in Frankfurt-on-Odra (Germany). In the years 2006-2010 the Chairman of the Legislative Council to the Prime Minister. Member of the Committee of Juridical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, corresponding member of the European Academy of Science, Arts and Literature, seated in Paris and the Spanish Royal Academy of Political and Moral Sciences. Doctor Honoris Causa of four European Universities, a member of more that a dozen associations and editorial boards of scientific journals in Poland and abroad. Author of over 290 scientific works (monographs, textbooks, commentaries, studies and articles) in the field of constitutional law, human rights, comparative law, including several dozens written in foreign languages. He made more than 120 guest lectures at more than twenty European and American Universities. He has been awarded many prizes, medals and distinctions in Poland, Germany and Australia.

Vice- Rector of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice.

Professor at the Department of Financial and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice and the Department of Labour Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszów. In 1976 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University in Košice. In 1978 she received an academic title JUDr. at the Faculty of Law at the Comenius University in Bratislava. In 1988 she received the degree of Doctor of Juridical Sciences (CSc.) in the field of commercial and financial law. In 2002 she received a post-doctoral degree of a docent. In the years 1993-1996 she was the Vice-Dean, and in 2003-2011 – the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University in Košice. In 2000-2003, she was the Chair of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Law at the University in Košice. In the years 2007-2012 she was appointed a member of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic by the President of the Slovak Republic. She is the author of many academic books, monographs and 127 articles and papers published in Slovakia and abroad. Since 2007 she has had a title of an Honorary Professor at the University of Rzeszów.

The Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice.
Professor in the Department of Theory of State and Law at the Faculty of Law of the University in Košice and in the Department of Theory of Law and Political and Legal Doctrines at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszów. In 1981 she  graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University in Kosice, where she received an academic title JUDr. In 1989 she received a degree of Doctor of Law (CSc.) in the field of  business and finance law. In 1993-1997 she was the Head of the Department of Theory of State and Law at the Faculty of Law of the University in Košice. Since 2005, she has had a post-doctoral degree of a docent in the field of the theory of state and law. In 2007-2011 she was a Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University in Košice. The author of more than 60 scientific publications. She exercises a function of an advisor to the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic.

Head of the department of Private International Law at the Faculty of Law in Atatürk University in Erzurum (Turkey). In 2005 she received her Ph.D. degree in Law in Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir Turkey). She is an author of many scientific articles in the field of citizenship law, private international law and international procedural law.

Since 2004 a legal counsel he has been a legal counselor, lawyer, the local ombudsman in Alba county. In 2000-2002 the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at the University in Alba Iulia. Since 2006 professor of civil law and civil procedure. Author of nine monographs and several dozens of articles. Active participant of many national and international scientific conferences and European research projects. In 2012 he was awarded a title of Doctor Honoris Causa at the University of Euroregional Economy in Józefów.

The Head of the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszow. An Author of more than 160 scientific publications: monographs, textbooks and scientific articles in the field of administrative law, mainly devoted to the problems of security and public order, civil service and local government, administrative law issues of substantive and state law. A judge of the Regional Court in Rzeszów, a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Council of Higher Education since 2002, an expert on the Polish Accreditation Committee.

The Head of the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Toruń. Since 2006 Professor at the University of Nicolaus Copernicus. In the years 1996-1999 the Vice-Dean and in the years 1999-2005 – the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Toruń. In the years 1990-1992 – an adviser and scientific secretary of the Constitutional Committee of the Senate of the Republic of Poland. During 1993-1996 an adviser of the Chief of the Senate Office. In 1999-2002 a member of the Legislative Council to the Prime Minister. For the three terms of office the Vice-President of the Polish National Association of Constitutional Law. A grant holder of the Italian Government and the Italian Senate. The author of 270 scientific papers, including 9 monographs on Polish and Italian constitutional law and five academic handbooks, published also in foreign languages: English, Italian, Czech and Ukrainian. In 2006 awarded the Commander’s Cross by the President of the Italian Republic. In 2009 he was a member of the Expert Group  appointed by  the Prime Minister  to  prepare
a proposal for the amendments of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland from 1997. In the years 2006-2009 a Chairman of the Legal Council of Higher Education. Founder and member of many prestigious organizations and international associations of constitutional law, as well as editorial boards of national and international scientific journals. A participant and organizer of numerous international scientific conferences.
